Seminar Instructor
Mr. Jeff Cumberbatch
Mr. Jeff Cumberbatch is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Law at the
University of the West Indies (UWI) and acts as a legal consultant. He
teaches Contracts, Torts and Dismissal Law and has research interests in
Employment Relations, Professional Liability, Consumer Protection and
Media Law. He is co-author of the text “West Indian Law of Contract”,
and has published extensively in some of the leading international law
journals.
