BAPE is a voluntary non-profit organization, established to safeguard the professional interest of its members, represent the interest of the general public in matters relating to public safety.     When we look at our present society, we can find many things to complain about. We could, for example, complain about crime, our congested roads, about the prices of goods, or about how many laws are being broken. We could also complain about what is not being done to improve things, or about how many resources are being wasted - even as we complain about how scarce our resources are.

    But I have discovered that complaints do not do any good. They don’t correct anything, and they actually make things worst as they get people upset, engender a negative attitude and seed further complaints.
